    This apartment is super close to campus, only a block away, and the people who live here are great. The management is super responsive, they replaced our entire oven within 2 days of us saying there was a problem. There are two different sized rooms even though the price is same for both shared room sizes. laundry is for the entire complex but since it's a small complex it's never too busy.

    It’s a great ward! The living room and kitchen are a pretty good size, there is only 1 bathroom, and the rooms are shared! It’s a pretty good size and overall pretty decent for the cheap rent. The managers get back to you pretty quick too.

    I have loved living in this complex! The price is really good for the space and location. The ward is amazing and everyone is super friendly! Management doesn’t get back to you very quickly but they do get things done and fixed. It’s a little older but it can really only be seen in the bathroom. It’s still a great location and apartment!
