Worse part is they are pretty pricey and utilities are all over the place - definitely too much. They should be the same for every person in the apartment, but my roommates and mine would be different sometimes. Just them ripping you off🤪

It also creates an easy environment to meet and befriend other students. If you like your privacy, space, and clean functioning equipment this is not the place for you.

- June 28th, 2023by mm23Lived here a couple of years ago. Very social but not very diverse. rooms are tight. Management kinda sucks and charges for everything. Cleaning checks are impossible and most likely will charge you even if you clean.
