  It's fairly small and not that great of quality, but you don't mind that it's great. I do know that they are raising the rent by about $30 dollars following 4/21/2023

  Would you recommend it?
  I really like the community here - there are lots of super supportive people and it's a wonderful place in terms of people! The apartments are quite old and things are likely to malfunction. Management isn't always the most responsive, but it's one of the lowest prices I've seen in Provo and it's not terrible.
