This has been one of my favorite apartment complexes I have lived in! I have been in both a 6 and a 4 person apartment. Storage is actually pretty good in both and the apartment itself (although it is still a college apartment) is nice! It is not super updated, but all the appliances have been in good working condition. But my favorite part about this complex is the environment! It is packed full of good people! (also the sports court is awesome!)

It's a fun place and reasonably priced for a shared room apartment.

Decent place, close to grocery and restaurants which is nice. Kind of far from campus and not near the bus. Lots of traffic lights which makes walking kind of dangerous. Overall good quality for the price.

It is cheap, and close to BYU, but trying to sell your apartment with them is a nightmare. They refused to approve multiple applicants that wanted to buy my contract.

A pretty standard apartment experience. Maintenance was prompt and all the appliances worked. It's a very friendly and fun community, especially in apartments facing the quad (shared outside space with basketball court). The living room has a large TV which was great for watching shows with friends. The apartments aren't very pretty, but they have all the necessities and the rooms have closet areas and desks. The laundry was on the pricey side though (about $1.50 per load to wash or dry). Overall, I had a good couple semesters here.

You’ll be sick all the time, probably due to mold. Cleaning checks are a scam and trying to rip you off. Don’t live here it’s not worth the low cost. No social life.

6 man. Good location. Lots of storage space in the apartment. There’s a TV. Good sized closet and each person gets a desk. The ward was phenomenal when I was there. The kitchen is itty bitty and there was only one fridge and the living room doesn’t have a ceiling light fixture so it always seems kinda dark. So it’s kinda old and janky but it had what I needed truly enjoyed my time there.

It’s got all the amenities and close enough to walk to campus. Really open social vibe.
