It's a great place, but management will try to nickel and dime you out of everything. Make sure you're okay with losing your security deposit, because you probably will.

Every unit is different and most of the units that I've been in besides my own look a lot more homey. Ours is rented out by a private company/not Aspen Ridge and communication with landlord/management has been kind of weird and spotty. But mostly good.
