It’s a very social scene, the maintenance/office was awful, plenty to do around and the shuttle was nice. We had a VERY small apartment but it was for two people so it kind of made sense. Second floor has vaulted ceilings.

WONDERFUL for social life. Overpriced, extra hidden fees and rent inexplicably fluctuates month to month. Cleaning checks okay, schedule them at worst times possible (ex. During finals week). Enjoyed my time there but not very clear about what you’re paying for.

The outside of king Henry is nice the inside’s are decent. They have carpet floors so it’s harder to clean. Very nice people and management is super nice and helpful. There are many events that they throw.

I would recommend that they consider the laundry situation but understand that the social life is really good

King Henry is so fun and social! The ward is the best I’ve ever had at BYU! The apartment have tons of storage and are actually pretty nice for the price you pay.

My favorite part was the social scene here. The volleyball court, central hang out area, and the ward there was all super fun. And it’s right next to the gym so you can be a Vasa bro with your bros.
