- May 5th, 2022by trevormcclellan | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialDuring the summer, Redstone took over Raintree and decided to renovate all the apartments. They told us it would only take place during the summer so that we wouldn't have to move during the semester. Not only did they end up making us move during the semester, but also in the middle of the week. The "renovated apartments" are in worse condition than they were before. The pictures and videos above are from the day they expected us to move into our "renovated" apartment. I told management that the apartment had not been cleaned and asked if they could clean it first and then let us move during the weekend. The guy in the office actually yelled at me, telling me that I was lying about the apartment not being clean, saying that he watched them clean it himself and that it was just dust settling. He told me I was being "unreasonable" by asking for a couple of extra days to move. Our brand new dishwasher in our apartment did not work and the maintenance guy said he couldn't fix it. When we talked to the people in the office, they said that the dishwashers weren't in stock and they would let us know when they got one (even though they were actively doing renovations and had a bunch of new dishwashers). We never got a new dishwasher before we moved out. The videos show what you can expect your renovated apartment to be. It's obvious that they cut as many corners as possible, just so that they could raise the rent.
- October 10th, 2022by Tanner | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialInternet is bad. Not as bougie as I’m used to. Kind a cool having 6 people in one apartment though. And ward is sick. Girls there are hotter than average.
- October 10th, 2022by Texaspride | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialGreat parking but management is hard to work with, took 2 weeks to get any info
- October 10th, 2022by Zach | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialIf ur in the navy and enjoy bunk beds this is the the apartment complex for you. If you enjoy sharing one desk you’ll love this. If you are below 5’6 you’ll love the height of the shower head, If you’re in love with the overall feel, smell and vibe of your great grandmothers 1879 home, this is the place for you. Hopefully this helps your decision. Sincely Zach
- October 20th, 2022by ScubaBMW | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialIt was wonderful when SGFusion Living managed the company, but since Redstone Residential has taken over I would stay far away. You can find other places that cost less that get you more space rather than a tiny shared room.
- November 29th, 2022by Adam_Armstrong | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialGood place, cheap rent, and no age limit! Only downside is that they sometimes run out of hot water for the showers.
- March 28th, 2023by Israel | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialMake sure to check how responsive the administration is in charge
- October 10th, 2022by Wolverinegreen | 3 Bed 3 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialThere’s tons of fun amenities here. Cheaper prices and tons of people to meet. We had lots of fun activities throughout the year
- October 10th, 2022by Halfblind | 4 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialIt USED to be good but over time the quality got so decrepit and the prices just keep going up. It's not worth it there anymore. You are NOT getting your deposit back
- October 10th, 2022by Bcreamer | 4 Bed 4 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialDecent, nice pool
- October 10th, 2022by mckenna.stewart_ | 6 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialRaintree Commons is a super social environment! I’ve been living here for over a year now. I signed my second lease as soon as I could because I knew I’d love to live here as long as possible. Low prices for rent, newly renovated, and brand new amenities! I highly recommend getting reserved parking if you live here. That’s definitely worth it.
- April 14th, 2023by LeemillerIt’s a little pricy for a shared room but overall it’s nice. The ward is pretty good.

- February 14th, 2023by SowenBuilding is decent, management is awful. If you get stuck with a bad roomate you're just stuck. No matter how bad they are.
- September 22nd, 2022by Dallin_TI really liked the culture here, and the price wasn’t bad at all.
- September 20th, 2022by kylerlintonit is a little smaller than you think but the social environment is top tier
