    Totally worth it based on the price. I loved living here and only moved because I graduated. Great people, management, and location.

    It's cheap, but well-maintained (not disgusting like other cheap places). The student managers really take care of it. There are 6 roommates per apartment, but there tends to be a full stand-up freezer in the back storage room to help a bit with that. The ward is amazing and everyone who lives there tends to be down-to-earth. Lived there 5 years and really loved it.

    This is the best off campus housing. They have a large, deep pool, recently renovated laundry room, patio area, etc. The rent is so cheap for an amazing value. The manager always responded to my emails and maintenance was always quick and easy. One time our couch broke and we had brand new couches the next month. They plant flowers in the spring/summer and have held pizza parties for tenants. I always felt safe and we’ll taken care of at this complex.

    The age range definitely varies, from 18 year-old freshmen to graduate students. Management takes good care of the apartments and facilities, and always respond quickly. It’s an older complex, but not run-down or gross. In fact, they have recently redone the flooring and gotten new couches for most apartments, so that makes it feel nicer. Despite having 6 people in the apartment, it didn’t feel too crowded, and the extra freezer and storage helps with that.
