    The riv is a great place to live! Because it’s intersection is both university avenue and parkway it’s a center location with super easy access! It’s honestly quite spacious to live here (if you do the two bedroom upgraded) and a fun environment. Volleyball happens nearly every day. One thing to keep in mind is that BYU bought it for freshman housing so I would not recommend older crowds coming to live here.

    Affordable with enough space as I personally need. It’s not the nicest apartment in the world but it’s definitely nice and not gross hahah.

    It’s managed by the school now so management was always good but also really chill. Great for the price!

    Expensive but not too bad for what you get. Decent location, super close to football stadium and track.
