Super spacious apartments with big closets and guaranteed parking! I just wish our living room had more natural light. The location also might not be as fun as south campus but it’s still not too far from BYU!

The location is close to campus and some food places and stores. During game season it can be a little crowded, but only for a few weeks. There are 3 private bedrooms in each unit, and every room comes with a parking spot (so you will always have a reserved parking spot). The rooms are huge. Rent is overall cheaper for what you get, especially since the apartments come with 2 bathrooms and private rooms. The only thing I have not loved is the HOA. They take forever to fix things (that are not landlord's responsibility), and they sometimes don't clean up the snow on the parking lot or the sidewalk.
