    Short walk to the Tanner Building (TNRB) and Richards Building (RB). Many restaurants close by. Apartments are all in pretty nice conditions. Parking is sometimes tricky there's only 2 to each apartment of 3 tenants.

    It is a great place walking distance to the tanner and rb which are mostly classrooms for business students and dance majors .
