- October 19th, 2022by supertyden | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Aspen Ridge ManagementVery large rooms. Older crowd not with freshmen. Good amount of parking.
- January 12th, 2023by kally_billings | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Aspen Ridge ManagementBelmont Condos was a clean, fun, affordable place to live. Although it is not the most social apartment complex, there are always activities happening next door at King Henry (volleyball, hot tubs, fire pits, etc.). The private rooms in this complex are a great deal-- they are spacious and bright, and the master room includes a private bathroom as well.
- June 13th, 2022by cozihendrickson | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | FCS RentalsBelmont is an awesome place to live as an older student/grad student/young professional. My ward is super friendly and inclusive but it's easy to find quiet as well. Right at the foot of the mountains in a really nice neighborhood. The downsides are that there isn't really any guest parking and the pool/hot tub closes really early (8pm).
- February 17th, 2023by Alatour | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | FCS RentalsIt’s a great place to live for the price! It’s three private rooms per unit and the cheapest one is unbeatable.
- August 10th, 2022by Elizakp | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Mountain View ManagementThis is a beautiful, quiet place to live with a great culture and ward. If you get it from a private landowner the prices are probably cheaper.
- March 11th, 2023by babufrik | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Mountain View ManagementBelmont was the best place I’ve lived during my time at BYU. Big rooms, only two roommates and two bathrooms for most units. Commute to campus isn’t bad at all, especially with a bike, and buses came by regularly. Social scene is more chill than the party palaces closer to campus. Downsides are that if you live on the south side, you can hear the wake up siren go off at 8am at the mental health campus nearby, and summer can get LOUD during the day with splash summit next door. The units are individually owned, but I’ve rented through both Mountain View management and Aspen Ridge. Mountain View was significantly less expensive and also seemed a bit less shady and corporate.
- September 20th, 2022by KatesquiresIt’s super nice and homey. It’s a big quiet because it’s an older crowd but if that’s what you are looking for perfect
