- February 8th, 2023by i_cTLDR: Good private room in a good location with decent amenities. Disclosure: Lived in same unit for 2 years. Paid 405 /mo from 9/21-8/22, Renewed for 22/23 early and locked in 425/mo. Parking is $100 for the duration of the contract. Parking wasn't an issue last year, but this year it's a bit more crowded. They actively tow after 11pm/midnight, and there is plenty of street parking around. BYU's FREE shuttle service the Ryde stops right outside the apartment complex typically 2x an hour during the week. Makes a commute to campus super simple. Management was super good about honoring roommate requests. I didn't ever have issues with them but I have heard a few stories. Cleaning checks are pretty stringent, but honestly I've put in a few hours to clean and then just plan on paying $25-45 inevitably.
- October 20th, 2022by ScubaBMWManagement wasn't super nice all the time (not the leasing staff, but the property manager) and apartment quality wasn't the most updated at all, but the private space was AMAZING. Great price for the space.
