You almost can't beat the price, especially for the quality. Management is incredibly responsive; they do a lot of work to make sure that the property stays top-quality (landscaping, trash removal, unit updates, etc.). We were nothing but impressed with them while we were there. The ward is also the absolute best in the stake! (Anyone you talk to will agree.) The only reason we moved was to get a bit more space; we outgrew the 1-bedroom layout but other than that we loved living here!

They will have you pay through check or online which will give you a fee, so be prepared for that. Units are kept up nicely and maintenance is great—very quick to get to requests and they are respectful of your apartment space. Communication from management is good and they let you know about inspections or when they will enter your apartment. Also, they announce random cleaning checks, so for us, it's been really helpful to maintain very frequent cleaning so that we don't have to do as much when they announce it. But they do give you at least a couple of week's notice about the cleaning checks.
