The apartment I was staying in had two beds to a room but only one desk, so I did have to get my own desk and chair from DI. I liked the big TV in the living room, the kitchen was great (I believe mine was the remodeled version and had 2 fridges). I never felt like the apartment was too hot or cold, and we never had trouble with pests or bugs. There are a lot of stairs and no elevators (at least in my building). The ice gets pretty bad in the parking lot in winter. It's walking distance from BYU campus and from a UVX stop. The drawings on the hallway walls are a lot of fun, and my roommates were awesome.

It's been really cool since they've changed the guidelines and have girls and guys in the same building. I've made a ton of friends and they just repainted everything. It's a little pricey for parking passes but they've got quite a bit of space. I wish they had guest parking, but for living there and the location, and I have a renovated apartment, it's been great!

People are always out in the summer and the pool is fun They also have a ping pong table and a sand volleyball court. But I️ would say I️ think the halls need to be cleaned.

There isn't much space in the kitchen if you're in an apartment with 6 people. The renovated apartments are nice but when I lived there the furniture was horrible still. The old apartments are not very nice at all. The pipes in my apartment smelled really bad, but it was an old apartment, so the renovated ones seemed better.

- April 6th, 2023by money_honeyRecently renovated, so it’s nicer than it used to be, but management is still difficult to deal with. Had trouble communicating with them when there and resolving issues, and parking used to be cheap but now it’s impossible to find without a more expensive reserved spot.

The apartments are kinda jank (although I've heard some of them are being renovated now) but the wards tend to be very friendly and social. Overall I could put up with some repair problems because of the great social opportunities.
