- October 20th, 2022by Cabinet | 2 Bed 1 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialExpect to be nickeled and dimed for everything. Also expect no privacy amongst your neighbors. The walls are so thin you can hear someone sneeze. The apartments are old and dirty. Laundry prices are a scam. The management is rude and blames all their problems on the tenants. The pool is almost always closed for “maintenance”. There is lots of storage (for girls), the community is great, and it’s close to campus. *basement apartments are a scam* they don’t have AC and there are fixed utility costs each month for the complex. This means if you are in a basement apartment you pay for others AC. Also you’ll never want your windows open because people stare into your apartment or bedroom.
- November 29th, 2022by Jane | 2 Bed 1 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialDefinitely do it!! I made my best friends in this complex, best place!
- March 14th, 2023by Allison | 2 Bed 1 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialThin Walls Great Ward Lots of Storage Space Close to Campus Great Community Chill Cleaning Checks
- April 7th, 2023by Alloson | 2 Bed 1 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialRight across the street from campus. Rent can be cheap but it is sold in tiers so it is cheaper for those who get contracts earlier.
- April 14th, 2023by ChlokiChi | 3 Bed 1 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialBe aware that management is raising rates! Also, don’t plan on bringing your own furniture.
- April 14th, 2023by Bradleydawes | 3 Bed 2 Bath | Shared Unit Housing | Redstone ResidentialIt’s over packed and to expensive as well as management sucks
- April 14th, 2023by um22The location can’t be beat, it’s literally a 2 minute walk from campus. It used to be a very fair price too, unfortunately they are increasing rent quite a bit and in my opinion the apartments aren’t nice enough to justify the price hike. Not many amenities, but the ward is great.
- April 12th, 2023by sarahaiGreat place! Close to BYU campus and reasonably priced
- April 12th, 2023by ivgriffsGood community and super close to BYU campus (as close to on campus as off campus housing gets). They are raising the prices though and I’m not sure it’s worth it.
- April 12th, 2023by SJBGreat social complex with a volleyball court and pool. The problem is that Redstone recently acquired the property and jacked the rates. Not the worst but not the best either.
- March 29th, 2023by anonymousIt is a good location to campus and a great ward and people there, but the management being under redstone has greatly declined.
