    Since different units are owned by various companies, it can be hit or miss! I haven't had issues with cougar rentals but I know other tenants with other management groups have had issues (aspen ridge).

    I highly recommend it! Beware some of the apartments are a little rundown but for the price it is an absolute steal!

    Great for if you want privacy! Extremely limited parking. Apartments are individually rented by several companies (Mountain View Management, and Aspen Ridge are the main two which several other independent companies). Not a very social place to live but 3 pools (1 indoor, 2 outdoors) and indoor sand volleyball. There is a bus for BYU located on the other side of the neighboring apartment complex (Carriage Cove). Location is somewhat out of the way for Provo living but is a great middle spot between BYU and UVU.

    The privacy is so so worth it. I am all about being an accountable person so I loved being the one that takes care of stuff that is my own mess. If someone else is messy it does not end up being your problem in this apartment. The private bathroom is a surprisingly amazing plus. I would keep living here if I wasn't getting married (I renewed and now need to sell it because I was so eager haha).
