    Parking is incredible, with some of the best parking for off-campus housing in Provo. Great environment and people are generally very welcoming here. Feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex.

    It feels like a house, which is amazing. Management does well to keep up with communication. It is on the older side, so it is creaky and has some rough edges, so just consider that.

    The apartments are pretty spacious! The layout offers a fun community feeling because they’re structured more like townhomes than apartments (each two apartments have a yard.) There is plenty of parking!! The only downside is that the bedrooms in the six person apt are wildly different sizes. The smallest one is probably half the size of the largest.

    It’s a really awesome place! Super social ward and really great parking. The apartments are not as new as some, but they’re still nice. I would say the ward is getting a bit younger because it’s one of the only BYU contracted housing.
