The pros:
Rooms come fully furnished.
Shortest walk to campus to my knowledge.
Utilities are included in rent payments (about $50 more on your rent).
Free parking for residents.
Up to date appliances and electronics.
Amazon hub.
The Cons:
Sleeping is rough, there are flood lights and people up at all hours, definitely recommend earplugs and an eye mask at the VERY least.
Maintenance takes forever to fix things.
Rules are rarely enforced, mainly quiet hours.
Parking is hard to find.
Party complex. They say no alcohol but its everywhere, as is weed.
Halls are destroyed, exit signs are hanging from the ceilings in every hall I've been in.
There's always something going on, whether it be fire alarms, flooding, fires with no extinguishers nearby, you name it. We literally made bingo cards. The fire department or police department will be here regularly.
So many car people revving at all hours.
All in all, the place isn't unlivable, but it definitely shouldn't be your first choice.

It is a good apartment complex and the hot tub is very nice. It is a little bit expensive but that is just what you expect for an apartment so nice and close to campus.

The complex is nice with lots of amenities, but the management is terrible and it's expensive. If you want to be walking distance from UVU, then it's perfect, otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

It’s a really fun environment but the management is so bad. I would only recommend living here if you’re willing to work really hard on getting stuff figured out with the management. You have to be super patient when working with them.

Living so close to campus is seriously sooo convenient, but the complex is so big that there are definitely downsides too. There are regularly parties with drugs and alcohol in the shared amenity areas and there are residents who blatantly vandalize and leave litter around the property. I’ve lived here for three years now and overall I’ve had a good experience at The Green. The interiors of the apartments are really nice if taken care of and the complex is overall well maintained. It can be a great choice for student housing for those that want the convenience of living across from campus, albeit there are definitely more affordable options out there.

Nothing is as good as what they make it sound like. Most nights it smells like weed everywhere around the pool, the walls and holy cow the ceilings are not very thick at all. The RLs at the desk don't really do much tbh. Amazon hub is super nice. Even though they "aren't allowed" tons of people have pets. Common room isn't designed very well tbh. It feels way too expensive for the things that you get with your lease. Half the amenities are either super hard to find, not really existent, or they are sub par what they sound like they should be according to the list.
So, if you want to pay a lot for mid living where you have all your roomies plus the ones upstairs, the green is the place for you!

Love the apartments and people. They always have fun activities, and they hire a security guard so it doesn't get too rowdy at night. Apartments are new, clean, and The maintenance team is the best and on top of it. Rent is a bit on the pricy for what it is, but it is close to uvu

There have been many issues that many people have had with Management. ESA’s are allowed, but if you are allergic (MAKE IT ANNOYINGLY CLEAR THAT YOU ARE ALLERGIC on your contract/application) they might still add you into apartments with people with ESA’s. Know your tenant rights and keep receipts (voice recordings/screenshots/etc.) of every interaction with management/buying your lease/interactions with front desk/etc. They will mess up. They maid the mistake and raised my rent $100 over a miscommunication. And I didn’t keep receipts.
This place has a lot of good perks, you can walk to class, it has a lively social life, and great amenities. They are adding in a cafe and a convenient store. It has free electric car parking. And a lot of fun social events! There are many floor plans for different types of people. But watch out for management.

It’s a hard place to get in touch with. It’s not very clean or put together. I’ve had multiple problems with the rent, and even getting a lease. There is always trash floating around outside. Always a mess on the floors in the halls. The front desk have a hard time keeping their workers. The parking isn’t the best. The only plus is being so close to the school. But it’s right next to one of UVU’s parking lots and there are a lot of people who hangout there at night and make so much noise and leave trash around the parking lot. You constantly here people burning out or even doing donuts in the parking lot. The apartments are small for the most part no a lot of storage room or space around the living area.

These apartments are nice, but people are always partying at the hot tubs and pool. Walls are also super thin. You can hear absolutely everything. Proximity to UVU is super nice and the parking garage always has space. Management is not the best, but overall, I've been pretty content with my apartment.

It’s a great first year apartment. If you are moving in with roommates though, you might want to reconsider or make sure you confirm with management before move-in day. They are very shady and will change prices on you. If you sign a lease, it locks you in for a year. If you want to sell your lease you have to pay an extra couple hundred dollars on top of that to move out early or change rooms. It could be worse but could be better. If you feel confident with dealing with the shady management but want a good and clean apartment, go right ahead. It’s nice because the hot tubs are open year round, they have an Amazon hub, and resident nights, however it’s still student housing at the end of the day and you get what you get. My roommate is paying over $100/month more than me and has a much smaller room (that’s what I mean by shady). Additionally, no pets are allowed without an ESA. You could have an animal in your room when you move in and might have to pay to switch if you don’t like it (which is more money). You won’t have any time to really move your things to the new apartment because they give you like 60 minutes…yeah six-zero minutes. It’s crazy. On the other hand it is right next to UVU and is convenient because you won’t be spending money on a parking pass. The units inside the apartment might not have a closet depending on the floor plan and the pantry space is SUPER SMALL. It’s always a struggle to fit everything on the ONE small shelf you have. I won’t be re-signing but it’s a good first experience to help you decide what you want out of an apartment in the future and for those who just want to be close to campus and don’t mind rooming with strangers.

Really close to campus. I don't even need to purchase an on-campus parking permit, as the apart is closer. Maintenance is all handled through the app, and it's very quick. There are some projects that have taken a while, but if it only requires one person, it's usually fixed within a couple hours (ie loose door handle), if it requires two people, it's usually fixed that same day (had a leak from the apartment above with their drain. Just covered my desk to avoid dust, and they fixed it same-day while at work.
It is pretty expensive, which I guess is the only downside. I pay a lot but I don't see much return from that. They host events and everything, but I'm not social. The thing that has kept me here is the EV parking. It's reserved for EVs, but don't expect a spot. Two spots are also handicap reserved, and there are many cars that park there, plugged in, but finished charging a day earlier. They'll enforce the spot if there's a non EV parked there, but there are no consequences for plugging in for an overly extended period of time. It is free, but I find that sometimes the only time I can find a spot is between 10 AM and 5 PM.
Amazon lockers are nice. All packages will automatically go to there.
ONE THING TO WATCH OUT FOR. They will charge you for liability insurance. One way to remove that is to get your own insurance. They "require" that you add Redstone Residential to the policy. DO NOT DO THIS. This will allow them to submit claims on your behalf, ultimately raising your rates. I have given up trying to fight them on this and end up paying for their liability as well as my own. Garbage policy, but it's the only way to get coverage on your own belongings.

The parking is the biggest scam. I have been a resident at the Green for 1 1/2 years. My car was erroneously towed and a $300 tow bill later, management will do nothing to help. This has happened to other residents by either getting booted and having to pay a $30 fee and/or towed. Management said they have no control over the parking lot police and they tow at their own discretion. Really, they have no control over their subcontractors?? The apartment complex owners probably get a kick back from the tow company. My contract expires in two months and then I'm outta here. I will also be filing in small claims court

do it. i love the place. to be fair, i’ve had my fair share of issues with management. they have lost my esa paperwork too many times and they aren’t the greatest about being honest. they forced me into a small room when i paid for the large one. i also live in building 3 aka right next to the pool and volleyball pit and they are really bad about handling noise complaints. the trick is to say there is underage drinking or weed haha. other than that, the place is great. they’re good about cleaning and i feel safe there.
